Maryam Arab, BDM, MSD

Born and raised in Kuwait, I began my academic pursuits at Kuwait University, where I earned my Bachelor degree in Dental Medicine. My passion for enhancing people's lives through their smiles led me to specialized training in the United States. I completed a residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Boston University and followed that with an advanced fellowship in Craniofacial Orthodontics at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

 Joining the Dugoni School family to specialize in Dental Sleep Medicine is the cherry on top of my journey. I am thrilled to be here to learn more and contribute to this innovative field.

Outside the professional sphere, baking is my creative outlet. Additionally, I value travel and ongoing learning as ways to enrich my perspective as a practitioner and person.

That's why I'm here—to enjoy and learn from this one-year journey. Whether diving deeper into dental sleep medicine or engaging in a friendly bake-off, I am open to new experiences and challenges.
