Designed for Your Schedule

Our classes meet online (live) two nights each week with asynchronous project work between sessions.  We also meet for extended learning sessions, which we call residencies, online one time each month on a Saturday.  Each class is taught by a practitioner in the field, to support knowledge development and practical application in the real world setting.

Project-Based to Enact Change Now!

Because we value authentic learning, leadership and change, most of our course work is based on the application of learning and theory to the work we do in our daily lives.  Whether empathizing to better understand the humans at the center of our work, innovating and designing new curriculum, or embodying leadership strategies and skills, we move beyond traditional assignments to real-world projects that positively impact teaching and learning now.

How Our Course Sequence Works

Our new accelerated curriculum offers the same depth of knowledge and practice experiences over a shorter duration.  Each term, our scholars will take 2, 8-week courses that build upon each other while taking 1 16-week course designed to complement the other content.  For example, EDUC 215, Creativity and Ideation, runs for the first 8 weeks of our spring term and then students apply that knowledge and experience as they move into the next 8 weeks in EDUC 290, Digital and Blended Learning. This unique course design supports seamless integration of knowledge and practice to Learning, Innovation and Design.
