Chart of Accounts project update: Ambassadors testing chart and training sign-ups open

We’ve marked an exciting milestone in the Chart of Accounts (COA) redesign project: the new chart is up and running in a test environment and 70 COA change ambassadors are trying it out. Through May 22, the ambassadors are executing 29 detailed test plans, logging issues and sharing ideas for enhancements.  

The COA change ambassadors were selected to represent the more than 400 Banner Finance users at Pacific. Updating our chart after 30 years will shift some of our typical ways of working and ambassadors’ feedback will help us identify anything we missed as we prepare for the future. We want to thank each of the ambassadors for helping us move forward.    

Training: 
All report viewers and Banner Finance users can now sign up for training in Bridge. Select one of the links below to save your spot. We have two class options available:   

1) 30-minute class: intended for university leaders and any report viewers.  

2) 140-minute class: required for all Banner Finance users; provides detailed training.
