Open Enrollment 2020 fairs, information sessions scheduled

Open enrollment for 2020 employee benefits started Monday, Oct. 28, and ends Sunday, Nov. 24, for all three campuses. This is a mandatory enrollment and everyone must elect their benefits even if making no changes or opting to waive coverage. Open enrollment information packets guides were mailed out Oct. 18 to employees’ home addresses.

Benefits Fairs:

• San Francisco Campus – Tuesday, Nov. 5 from 10 am–1 pm in the University Center, Classroom 136 ABCD 
• Stockton Campus – Wednesday, Nov. 6 from 11 am–1:30 pm in the DeRosa University Center Ballroom
• Sacramento Campus – Tuesday, Nov. 12 from 11 am–1:30 pm in Seminar Room 2 and 3

Have old eyeglasses? Bring them to the Benefits Fair!

Please bring your old eyeglasses to your campus benefits fair to make someone’s world clearer. Eye Make A Difference, an Eyes of Hope program, is a no-cost way for companies, individuals and organizations to donate glasses to help those in need.

Open enrollment information sessions:

Human Resources invites employees with open enrollment questions to attend an information session. Each session begins with a short benefits presentation, followed by time for questions. The sessions conclude with the option for participants to complete their online enrollment with assistance from an HR staff member if they need it. People interested in completing their enrollment should bring a laptop and any necessary information to complete your enrollment (e.g., dependent birthdates, social security numbers, etc.). A limited number of computers will be available for those who don’t bring one with them.
