Pacific 2019 United Way campaign raises more than $60,000
The 2019 United Way campaign at University of the Pacific's three campuses has concluded, and a big thank you goes out to the 258 faculty, staff, alumni and students who donated. A total of $60,427.16 was pledged to United Way in Stockton, Sacramento and San Francisco.
These pledges will go a long way in helping many agencies which serve our communities. Thank you to Pacific alumna Amy Ferrell of United Way of San Joaquin County for all her hard work and coordination. Also, a big thanks to Cindy Lee in the President's Office for her diligent efforts.
We certainly want to enhance the future Pacific commitment to United Way. If you have suggestions for improvements for next year's campaign, please contact Campaign Chair Jonathan Latta (jlatta@pacific.edu) or Project Support Specialist Cindy Lee (clee3@pacific.edu) with suggestions.
As a token of our gratitude to those who participated in this campaign, a drawing was held and the following winners were randomly selected to receive prizes donated by each campus:

- Robert Sage – $100 gift card to the university bookstore
