Program change for University College's Organizational Behavior degree

Beginning in fall 2019, University College's Organizational Behavior degree completion program will become a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership.

The program retains many of the same courses and features that have made the Organizational Behavior program so successful for the past two decades in addition to updated curriculum with a focus on leadership and essential skills for the contemporary workforce.

The program change retains the popular evening/hybrid class delivery method and cohort format that provides a structured and supportive environment and allows working adult students to complete their bachelor's degree in 20 months.
