Reminder to update withholding status for state and federal income tax

Please review your status for federal and state tax withholding purposes. If there has been a change in your marital status or number of withholding allowances, you may need to revise forms W-4 (federal form) and DE-4 (state form). 

The W-4 can be updated electronically through insidePacific under the Administrative tab/Employee menu/Tax Information or download an editable pdf. 

The DE-4 form is available in the Payroll and Human Resources Offices, or download an editable pdf.
