tra·di·tion keep·er

[noun]: A student who truly knows what it means to be a proud Pacifican.

Choose from over 100 traditions, ranging from attending Tiger rallies to climbing the Rock Wall to meeting with department advisors to volunteering on campus. Keep track of every tradition you complete. Once you reach your threshold (75 for first-year students and 40 for transfer students), you'll be recognized as a Pacific Tradition Keeper during your commencement ceremony.

Here's what to do

As you complete traditions, mark them off in your booklet and save your proofs of completion (pictures, videos, ticket stubs, etc.) somewhere you'll be able to find them easily, or add them to the digital booklet.

  • If you entered Pacific as a first-year student, you must complete 75 traditions.
  • If you entered Pacific as a transfer student, you must complete 40 traditions.

All students must submit proof of their completion of each tradition to become a University of the Pacific Tiger Traditions Keeper.
