Apartment living is ideal for our transfer, graduate and professional students who are looking for an independent living opportunity. Furnishings: Apartments are furnished with twin XL beds, wardrobes/closets, dressers, and desks with chairs. They also include a 3/4 size refrigerator, stove, kitchen table with chairs or kitchen counter with stools, coffee table/TV stand, and sofa seating.
Meal Plan: Students residing in the upper division communities are required to have a minimum of a 7 Plan meal plan. Students are able to increase to a 10 Plan, 15 Plan, 19 Plan and 21 Plan meal plan.
Laundry: As part of your housing rate, you are provided Tiger Wash credits to do laundry on campus. The community laundry rooms can be found on the main floor of each building.
Pacific’s newest building, Calaveras Hall, boasts two twin buildings with seven wings of apartment-style accommodations. The apartments hold fully furnished suites with multiple rooms and an awesome pool for students to enjoy.
Chan Family and Monagan Halls have four-bedroom, two-bathroom units located on Brookside Road, near the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy. The furnished four-person, four-bedroom apartments are reserved for students with junior and senior standing. Chan Family Hall is reserved for School of Pharmacy students and other graduate-level students.
The McCaffrey Center Apartments are two-story units that are centrally located on campus just south of the DeRosa Center. The McCaffrey Center Apartments contain three bedrooms designed for three students.
Townhouse Apartments are two-story units that are located on the corner of Pershing Avenue and Brookside Road near Calaveras Hall.
