International Board of Advisors

McGeorge School of Law’s International Board of Advisors is an advisory body that provides guidance and support to the law school’s faculty, administration, and students with regard to educational programs and professional development in the fields of international law and transnational practice.

Annual MCLE Program

The McGeorge Alumni Association is proud to host the Annual Virtual MCLE Program. See this link for complete details. Through this annual program, we ensure value to our alumni and the legal community by offering a convenient, affordable way to obtain hard-to-get, required continuing legal education courses. In addition to the available MCLE credits, the program offers practical and current information that is beneficial to attorneys at any stage of practice.

Diversity Board

The Diversity Board supports McGeorge School of Law by working with the Dean in providing direct support to Students of Color, students from the LGBTQ+ community, and the law school’s Center for Inclusion and Diversity. The Diversity Board also assists with the recruitment of students, faculty, and staff of color and from the LGBTQ+ community.

Alumni Mentor Program

The program ensures that each student at McGeorge has an alumni mentor. One of only a few law schools in the country to build this into its curriculum, McGeorge matches each first-year law student with an alumnus practicing in an area of law that interests the student. The experience includes a job shadowing opportunity, alumnus interviews about their work and a networking event with the alumnus.
