This new Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology major at Benerd College will focus on marriage and family counseling, with the idea of producing more licensed therapists in the area.
The vacant sorority house will be transformed into the Pacific Inn, and will be for alumni, families and guests visiting the University of the Pacific Campus.
The school recently received a community based clinical education grant from the California Dental Association to expand oral health care services at clinics in California. Dugoni students will staff these locations and perform dental procedures there.
University of the Pacific is working with Niche, a college search site to provide direct admission letters of acceptance to first-year students nationwide, and 1,300 students accepted the offers in the new process.
