The School has collaborated with several institutions to offer a pathway program to qualified students. The goal of the pathway program is to provide students with the opportunity to receive priority admission into the accelerated 3-year doctor of pharmacy (PharmD) program. Students will need to meet select criteria including required pre-requisite courses, GPA minimums and successful completion of an interview and writing sample. Additional requirements vary based on the partner institution pathway agreements.
Students who are interested in the pathway program must declare an interest by submitting an application. Once students meet criteria for applying to the PharmD program they must apply during early action and submit both an application through PharmCAS and supporting supplemental documentation.
Why should I apply as a pathway student?
- Apply early and receive priority consideration
- Less competition with transfer applicants
- Establish an early relationship with the School

As part of our established pathway agreement, the School will reserve five admission seats in the PharmD program for qualified applicants. Qualified applicants receive early, guaranteed admission, pending successful completion of pathway requirements.
Pathway program application materials can be submitted at any time. Applications must be submitted prior to the Early Action deadline.
Pathway Requirements

- Successfully complete all PharmD prerequisite course work. For a list of course equivalencies, please review the Articulation Agreements.
