How do I sign up for Intramurals?

You can sign up through Fusion Play. There is a desktop site or download the mobile app that is available in the Apple Store and Google Play Store for Androids. Just use your Pacific email address.

What if I do not have a team to sign up with?

You can still sign up as an individual or Free Agent. Our Assistant Director will help find you a team. You can do that on the Fusion Play Desktop Site or Mobile App.

What can I expect when I sign up for Intramurals?

We offer various sports leagues, tournaments and events. They will vary by competitive level, days and times. Our operation will have sports officials and intramural staff to give you the best experience possible. Once you sign up through the Fusion Play app, you can view your game schedule and other information about your participation.

How do I join a sports club?

All current University of the Pacific undergraduate and graduate students are eligible to participate in sport clubs.  To join a sports club, contact the president or treasurer of the sports club and they will provide you with further information.

What is the difference between sports clubs and Intramural Sports?

Intramural Sports are competitive and non-competitive events, games, leagues and tournaments.  Events are designed to accommodate individual skills ranging from beginner to advanced levels. Sports clubs are student organizations designed to promote interest, participation and competition in a specific athletic or recreational activity.  Most clubs practice 2-3 times per week and compete on weekends.

What is the difference between sports clubs and varsity sports?

Varsity sports are the responsibility of Intercollegiate Athletics and are funded through the Athletic department's budget. Sports clubs are under the direct supervision of Pacific Recreation and funded through ASUOP, membership dues and fundraising.  While sports clubs aren't considered intercollegiate teams, our sports clubs compete in tournaments and their sports' governing bodies.

Are all sport clubs competitive?

Not all sports clubs at the University are competitive.  Contact the president of the clubs to find out more information.

Are Tiger-X Group Fitness Classes an additional cost?

Tiger-X classes are included in your membership. If you are a paying member or a student that paid your A&R Fee you can join in.

Do I need to be an advanced fitness enthusiast to participate in Tiger-X?
